Matthew
The book of Matthew is the first Gospel in the New Testament, presenting the life, ministry, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Written primarily for a Jewish audience, Matthew emphasizes that Jesus is the promised Messiah, fulfilling Old Testament prophecies and establishing God’s kingdom on earth. The book highlights His authority, miracles, parables, and the call to discipleship, offering guidance for living a life aligned with God’s will.

It also highlights the importance of faith, obedience, and the transformative power of following Jesus.
This Gospel encourages believers to grow in faith, understand God’s plan for salvation, and live as committed disciples of Christ. Matthew shows how God’s promises are fulfilled in Jesus and how His teachings remain relevant for guiding daily life.
